Patient Relations Representative - Sports Medicine Clinic


**Providence is calling a Patient Relations Representative to Providence Medical Group Bridgeport Sports Medicine Clinic in Tigard, OR.**

Come join Providence's first stand alone Sports Medicine Clinic in Portland! This brand new Patient Relations Representative position offers the opportunity to be innovative and help be a part of building this quickly growing practice!

**In this position, you will:**

+ Be the first point of contact to patients or visitors in person or by phone.

+ Play a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.


**Required qualifications for this position include:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1 year of customer service experience or successful completion of a Providence internship

+ Typing skills (minimum 45 words per minute)

+ Basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Office applications

**Preferred qualifications for this position include:**

+ Some college

+ 1 year of medical office or healthcare experience

+ Basic experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and/or computerized billing systems

+ Medical terminology experience
